58:10-23.11d7. Filing of plans with local emergency prevention or planning committees A copy of a DPCC plan and contingency plan, or plan renewal, and all plan amendments shall be filed by the owner or operator of a major facility or transmission pipeline with the local emergency prevention or local emergency planning committee or committees.
