56:8-23. Exposure or offer for sale at retail of consumer commodity; mark of price per measure It shall be an unlawful practice for any person to expose or offer for sale at retail any consumer commodities, except as specifically exempted by the director in accordance with section 4 of this act, unless said consumer commodities shall be plainly marked by a stamp, tag, label or sign at the point of display with the price per measure of such consumer commodity.
