56:8-166.9 Waiver of requirements, void, unenforceable. 6. A waiver of the requirements of, or an agreement that does not comply with, the provisions of P.L.2023, c.266 (C.56:8-166.4 et seq.) shall be void and unenforceable. L.2023, c.266, s.6.
