56:3-44. Presumptive evidence of unlawful use The fact of any person, without the written consent of the owner, dealer or shipper thereof, or his agent, either using, selling, disposing of, buying, trafficking in or having in his possession or under his control, or having on, in or about his premises, any such milk or cream can or cans, shall be presumptive evidence of the unlawful use, purchase or traffic in such can or cans.
