56:16-7 Rules, regulations. 9. The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety shall adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of sections 3 through 8 of P.L.2013, c.224 (C.56:16-1 through C.56:16-6).
