56:12-84. Consumer's rights not limited; waivers, void, unenforceable 10. a. This act shall not limit rights or remedies available to a consumer under any other law. b. Any waiver by a consumer of rights under this act shall be void and unenforceable. L.1995,c.233,s.10.
