56:11-19. Regulations The Attorney General of the State of New Jersey may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1990,c.72,s.4.
