55:19-44. P.L.1996, c.62 complete authority for issuance of bonds 25. The foregoing sections of P.L.1996, c.62 (C.55:19-20 et al.) shall be deemed to provide a complete method for the doing of things authorized thereby and shall be regarded as not in conflict with, or as restrictive of, powers conferred by any other laws, and the provisions of P.L.1996, c.62 (C.55:19-20 et al.) shall be complete authority for the issuance of bonds by the authority and the provisions of any other laws shall not apply to the issuance of such bonds.
