55:18-10. Rules and regulations The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs shall have the power to adopt, amend, revise and repeal rules and regulations to promote implementation of the provisions of this act. L.1983, c. 335, s. 10, eff. Sept. 2, 1983.
