55:14K-71. Rules, regulations 10. The agency is hereby authorized to promulgate, in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1995,c.359,s.10.
