54A:9-25.10 U.S.S. New Jersey Educational Museum Fund established. 2. There is established in the Department of the Treasury a special fund to be known as the U.S.S. New Jersey Educational Museum Fund. The State Treasurer shall deposit into the fund net contributions collected pursuant to this act. All moneys deposited in the U.S.S. New Jersey Educational Museum Fund shall be annually appropriated to the Home Port Alliance to support the maintenance and operation of the U.S.S. New Jersey as a memorial and museum.
