54A:4-5. Reimbursement of director by division of unemployment and temporary disability insurance Upon receipt from the director of a statement of the total amount of State income tax credits allowed on claims, the Division of Unemployment and Temporary Disability Insurance shall within 5 days reimburse to the director from the respective funds sums equal to the amounts so allowed. No interest shall be paid with respect to the sums reimbursed. L.1981, c. 453, s. 3, eff. Jan. 11, 1982.
