54A:10-9. Rules and regulations. The director is hereby authorized to make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The Director of the Division of Local Government Services is hereby authorized to make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act with respect to tax bills and revisions thereof.
