54A:10-12. Additional amount of revenue sharing funds due each municipality for current tax year; certification; payment. On or before September 15, 1978, the director shall certify to the State Treasurer the additional amount of revenue sharing funds due each municipality for the current tax year. The State Treasurer upon the certification of the director and upon the warrant of the State Comptroller shall pay to each municipality such additional amounts on or before November 1, 1978. In each year thereafter there shall be paid to each municipality the full amount of revenue sharing funds which shall include the additional amounts provided for by this act.
