54:50-33 Warrant of satisfaction. 5. The purchaser, transferee or assignee of the indebtedness and lien represented by the certificate of debt shall promptly file any warrant of satisfaction with the clerk, and such warrant of satisfaction shall be recorded in the office of any recording officer in which such certificate has been filed.
