54:4-2.2g. Annual appropriation; inclusion in budget In lieu payments for local services to State property shall be appropriated for the tax year 1978 and annually thereafter and the State Treasurer shall include in his budget request for State aid to municipalities the funds necessary therefor which shall be appropriated by the Legislature.
