54:10A-39. Financial business corporations; revenue from taxes; distribution to municipalities; prohibition None of the taxes, penalties and interest collected from financial business corporations pursuant to this act shall be distributable to municipalities pursuant to P.L.1966, c. 135 as amended and supplemented (C. 54:11D-1 et seq.). L.1975, c. 171, s. 9, eff. Aug. 4, 1975.
