54:10A-22. Forfeiture of charter for failure to pay tax Any corporation of this State failing to pay the tax imposed by this act shall be subject to the forfeiture of its charter as provided by chapter eleven of Title 54 of the Revised Statutes. L.1945, c. 162, p. 574, s. 22.
