53:5A-18. Purchase of group insurance coverage for death benefit provisions The State Treasurer may, in his discretion, determine to purchase group insurance coverage for the death benefit provisions as provided in sections 8c, 9c, 10c, 12d, 13d, 14e, 15, 27b and 28b, or may determine not to purchase any group insurance coverage for the death benefit provisions heretofore mentioned.
