53:1-9.4. Certification The Superintendent of State Police shall certify, in writing, the granting of any such leave of absence, to the Governor and to the Civil Service Commission, and shall likewise certify the expiration of any such leave of absence and the return to active service in the State Police, of any such person, after his discontinuance of such service in the said Federal Bureau of Investigation.
