53:1-11.3. Establishment There is established in the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety an Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Bureau under the supervision of the Superintendent of State Police. L. 1985, c. 76, s. 1, eff. March 14, 1985.
