52:9X-13 Transmission of authenticated copies of act. 3. Duly authenticated copies of this act shall, upon its approval, be transmitted to the Governor of each of the states of Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania, to the President of the Senate of the United States, to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and to the Secretary of State of the United States.
