52:4B-60.4 Division of Violence Intervention and Victim Assistance established, Department of Law and Public Safety. 1. There is hereby established in the Department of Law and Public Safety the Division of Violence Intervention and Victim Assistance. The division shall be under the immediate supervision of an executive director who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Attorney General and who shall administer the work of the division under the direction and supervision of the Attorney General. The Attorney General shall fix the compensation of the executive director within the limits of available appropriations. L.2023, c.167, s.1.
