52:40-5 Cooperation. 5. The Division of Public Contracts Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance shall work cooperatively with the United States Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, including sharing its workforce data to the maximum extent permitted by law, to assist the United States Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in its enforcement efforts.
