52:31A-15. Repeals "An act creating the State Capitol Building Commission; authorizing said commission to acquire lands and to erect buildings in order to provide adequate space and facilities for the administration of the State Government, and making an appropriation therefor," approved May 23, 1945 (P.L.1945, c. 310), is repealed. L.1959, c. 5, p. 47, s. 15.
