52:27I-27 Appointment of committees. 10. The authority shall appoint an historical preservation advisory committee and an environmental advisory committee to assist in its activities in such areas, and any other advisory committee as it deems appropriate. The membership of the committees shall be determined by the authority. The historical preservation committee and the environmental committee shall for all intents and purposes be the exclusive "historic preservation commission," as established pursuant to section 21 of P.L.1985, c.516 (C.40:55D-107), and the "environmental commission," as established pursuant to P.L.1968, c.245 (C.40:56A-1 et seq.), for all land use matters and approvals within the project area.
