52:27G-5.1 Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman; duties. 26. The Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman shall conform and implement procedures necessary to comply with the requirements of P.L.1991, c.201 (C.26:2H-53 et al.), and shall make a written statement of its obligations under that act available to the public.
