52:27EE-62 Division of Elder Advocacy; jurisdiction. 62. Division of Elder Advocacy; jurisdiction. The Division of Elder Advocacy may represent the public interest in such administrative and court proceedings as the director deems shall best serve the interests of elderly adults.
