52:27EE-55 Division of Rate Counsel; right to intervene in federal proceedings. 55. Division of Rate Counsel; right to intervene in federal proceedings. The Division of Rate Counsel shall have the right to represent the public interest in any federal proceeding, including but not limited to proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission.
