52:27D-43.24a Forwarding of filing fee. 2. Forwarding of filing fee. The Clerk of the Superior Court shall forward $25.00 of the $250.00 filing fee for a divorce or a dissolution of a civil union provided for in N.J.S.22A:2-12 on a quarterly basis to the Department of Community Affairs.
