52:27D-404. Distribution of State Funds In the event that Community Services Block Grant Act funds are no longer available, and if State funds are then made available to the commissioner for the community action agencies, then those funds shall be distributed according to the provisions of the Community Services Block Grant Act State plan for distribution of funding resources to the community action agencies.
