52:27D-359. Health Department authority Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the licensing and regulatory authority of the Department of Health, pursuant to P.L. 1971, c. 136 (C. 26:2H-1 et seq.), concerning health care services provided by a facility subject to this act.
