52:27D-350. Consumers' guide; residents' rights booklet a. The commissioner shall prepare and cause to be distributed to the public a consumers' guide to continuing care facilities and an annual directory of continuing care facilities in the State. b. The commissioner shall prepare and cause to be distributed to the public a residents' rights booklet that describes the rights of residents and obligations of providers under this act.
