52:27D-3.6 Model notice. 3. The Commissioner of Community Affairs, not later than the first day of the sixth month next following enactment of P.L.2017, c.266 (C.40:48-2.67 et al.), shall promulgate a model notice to be used by municipalities that determine to maintain a list pursuant to section 1 of P.L.2017, c.266 (C.40:48-2.67).
