52:27D-29.34 Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program. 3. a. There is established in the Division of Aging Services in the Department of Human Services a Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program to provide health insurance information and assistance by trained volunteer counselors to senior citizens. b. The Director of the Division of Aging Services shall establish the program in all counties in the State through the county offices on aging or other appropriate agencies designated by the director.
