52:27D-25b. Division of Fire Safety 2. There is established in the Department of Community Affairs a Division of Fire Safety. Within three months of the effective date of this act, after reviewing the functions and duties required of the division by this act and transferred to the division by this act, the commissioner shall prepare an organizational plan of the division.
