52:27D-187. Evaluation of applications In evaluating applications for assistance under this act, the commissioner shall take into consideration: a. The supportive services to be provided and the relationship of each to the needs and characteristics of the project residents who are to receive the services; b. How quickly supportive services will be established following approval of the application; c. The adequacy of local social services in assisting project residents to maintain independent living and avoid unnecessary institutionalization; d. The reasonableness of fee schedules established for each supportive service. These fees shall not exceed the cost of providing the services. L.1981, c. 553, s. 6.
