52:27D-141.12 Installation prior to closing of title. 3. If the prospective owner accepts, pursuant to a written contract, the developer's offer to install, or to provide for the installation of, an electric vehicle charging station at the dwelling unit, then the developer shall install, or provide for the installation of, an electric vehicle charging station at the dwelling unit prior to the closing of title on the sale of the dwelling unit, subject to material availability or acts of force majeure in which case the developer shall complete the installation as soon as reasonably practical.
