52:27D-123d. Testing of building sites for presence of radon hazards The Department of Community Affairs, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the National Association of Homebuilders Research Center and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, shall investigate methods of testing building sites for the purpose of predicting the presence of radon hazards in buildings to be constructed thereon.
