52:27D-118.42. Rules, regulations The director shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of sections 2 through 10 of this act. L.1991,c.63,s.11.
