52:27D-118. Application of State Agency Transfer Act The transfer directed by this act shall be effected pursuant to the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1973, c. 291, s. 2, eff. Dec. 6, 1973.
