52:27C-51. Appropriation for state project plans The sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated, from any moneys in the State treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the preparation of State project plans and specifications in accordance with allotments to be made pursuant to this act.
