52:27C-29. Description of projects to be furnished department Every department, agency, political subdivision, special district or ad hoc authority operating under the authority of this State which receives, anticipates or may apply for Federal financial assistance for a public improvement project shall transmit to the department of economic development a complete description of each such proposed project, in such form as the commissioner may prescribe.
