52:27B-76. Commissioner may exercise powers of directors Any power which may be vested in a director of any division in the Department of Taxation and Finance may be exercised by the commissioner. To the extent that the commissioner exercises such power the power of the director shall be superseded. L.1944, c. 112, art. 8, p. 312, s. 2.
