52:27-22.2. Penalty for violation of act Any official of any municipality who shall violate the provisions of this act in any municipality under the jurisdiction of the municipal finance commission shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished accordingly. L.1938, c. 169, p. 380, s. 2.
