52:27-15. Public hearing on resolution Any proposed resolution providing for the issuance of notes or bonds, if such notes or bonds are payable more than one year from the date of issue, shall be so certified only after a public hearing by the commission, but no resolution or amendment thereto determining or altering the form of notes or bonds or providing for their sale, execution or delivery shall require any public hearing before such certification.
