52:27-13.4. Application of proceeds of taxes The commission shall have power from time to time by resolution to direct that for such period as may be stated in such resolution the proceeds of any taxes collected, received, or realized in any manner during such period shall be applied equally and ratably to the purposes for which such taxes were levied.
