52:18B-12 Immunity from personal liability. 12. Neither any member of the corporation nor any officer, employee or agent of the corporation, while acting within the scope of his or her authority, shall be subject to any personal liability resulting from exercising or carrying out of any of the corporation's purposes or powers.
