52:18A-33. Personnel, interdepartmental and intradepartmental transfer of The State Treasurer may, in consultation with the heads of the other departments or branches of the State Government, and subject to the provisions of section forty-four hereof, arrange for the interdepartmental and intradepartmental transfer of personnel with a view to the greatest possible efficiency of departmental operations.
