52:18A-186. Division of functions, powers and duties relating to data processing and telecommunications between administration and treasurer The administration shall have those functions, powers and duties set forth in sections 10 through 13 of this act relating to the procurement of data processing and telecommunications equipment and services and the operation of telecommunications systems. The remaining functions, powers and duties set forth in sections 10 through 13 of this act shall be exercised by the Treasurer. L.1984, c. 34, s. 9.
